Description

High Purity Liquified Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) sourced from fermentation is a prime example of industrial sustainability. When yeast ferments the sugars in corn or grains to produce ethanol, it naturally releases massive volumes of highly concentrated CO₂ gas as a co-product. Instead of letting it escape into the atmosphere, biorefineries capture this “biogenic” gas.
